Education Program Registration

 
The South Carolina Wildlife Federation, SCWF, promotes effective habitat conservation and respect for outdoor traditions through statewide leadership, education, advocacy and partnerships. Through educational and public awareness programs along with unique partnerships, the Federation works to establish policies which sustain, protect and enhance the natural systems which give life to us all.
 
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit citizens' conservation organization governed by an elected board of directors and affiliated with the National Wildlife Federation, the SCWF receives a substantial portion of its gifts through its dedicated donors. Your participation in SCWF Education Programs ensures that we will be able to continue working to protect SC’s wildlife and natural resources.  Please consider an additional donation as well to further support our conservation and education efforts!

Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to SCWF office (electronic or hard copy).

  • 90% of registration fees will be refunded if notice is received more than 30 days before event.
  • 75% of fees will be refunded if notice is received 7-29 days before event.
  • 50% of fees will be refunded if notice is received 0-7 days before event.
SCWF reserves the right to cancel any event, due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather or low registration. Any cancellation by SCWF will result in a full refund for all registrants, or transfer of registration fees to another event if space is available.
 
Pro Birder transfers: You may choose to transfer your registration fees to a different Pro Birder module instead of requesting a refund – 100% of fees can be transferred to a different module IF your space can be filled by another participant.  In the event that your space is not filled, the above policy will dictate the amount of fees that can be transferred.
